Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Process billing transactions and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the sales process by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and billing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Kualifikasi
