Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process sales orders, prepare accurate quotations, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure retention.
- Identify new sales opportunities and promote company products and services effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels and loyalty.
- Update the customer database and maintain accurate sales records for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales roles within the retail or equipment sector.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
