Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide detailed product information to support purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Upsell products and cross-sell to maximize individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
