Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, feedback, and service requests professionally.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating logistics requirements.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation in the company CRM system with high accuracy.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to clients to ensure transparency and trust.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and streamline administrative workflows.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and warehouse teams, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales administrative support, preferably within the logistics industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to handle client communication via phone and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; fluency in a second language is a plus.
