- Manage inbound/outbound inquiries for air and sea freight services
- Prepare accurate cost quotations and shipping documentation
- Coordinate shipment logistics from booking to final delivery
- Provide expert guidance on import/export regulations and procedures
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and customer issues proactively
- Collaborate with operations team to optimize freight solutions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand client relationships
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Proficiency in air/sea freight documentation systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship
