In this role, you will be the backbone of our shipping operations, ensuring that export and import processes run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who excels at managing Letters of Credit (LC) and understands the intricacies of international shipping documentation. You will provide stellar support to our clients, acting as the primary point of contact for shipping inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Handle Letters of Credit (LC) applications and ensure all discrepancies are addressed with banking partners.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries regarding shipment tracking and order status.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and update the internal ERP system with real-time tracking data.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws for all international shipments.
- Assist in preparing month-end logistics reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in shipping or export/import customer service.
- Proficient knowledge of documentation requirements for Letters of Credit.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume paperwork accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to commute to the Boon Lay area for a 8:30am - 6:00pm schedule.
