- Ensure all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee that all delivery deadlines are met and communicate proactively regarding any potential delays.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, providing timely and professional updates.
- Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, returns, or cancellations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order handover and accurate documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve order processing workflows and enhance overall team efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate in any field (Business-related courses are an advantage).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Muntinlupa City.
