Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries across various digital channels including social media, email, and live chat platforms.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, store services, and ongoing promotions.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints or concerns by providing timely solutions and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and professional follow-ups.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the internal database for reporting and service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Assist in the promotion of company initiatives and seasonal campaigns to increase customer engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proven experience in a customer service, retail, or call center environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with social media management tools and office software.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
