Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
- Resolve technical and billing issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
- Process customer orders, payments, and service modifications accurately
- Document all customer interactions in CRM systems for quality assurance
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and customer retention strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
