Tanggung Jawab
- Manage professional B2B inquiries via phone and email regarding investor relations and account information.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing data and documenting investor communications.
- Provide prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues effectively.
- Uphold the standards and security protocols of the financial services brands we represent.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on account protocols.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a B2B customer service, investor relations, or financial account role.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong background in stakeholder management or corporate client support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software usage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work on a consistent dayshift schedule in Ortigas.
