Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage professional B2B inquiries via phone and email regarding investor relations and account information.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing data and documenting investor communications.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues effectively.
  • Uphold the standards and security protocols of the financial services brands we represent.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on account protocols.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a B2B customer service, investor relations, or financial account role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management or corporate client support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software usage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to work on a consistent dayshift schedule in Ortigas.
