Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide accurate information, product recommendations, and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to improve service quality.
- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
