Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively monitor and track the status of client orders and shipments from origin to destination.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding their order status, delays, or any logistics issues.
- Coordinate with the warehousing, transport, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the logistics management system.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Specialist, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog or Cebuano.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or logistics tracking software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu, and open to shifting schedules if required.
