Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations for international shipments
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the logistics lifecycle
- Coordinate with carriers, customs, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
- Process documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues proactively with problem-solving approaches
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or customer service
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
