Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to provide product information and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborate with Sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and product knowledge
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and service improvement opportunities
- Adhere to company scripts and compliance standards during all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or telesales experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Target-driven with proven sales conversion track record
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Meycauayan, Bulacan
