As a Telesales representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and promote our commercial services effectively. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to helping the Sales team achieve their overall monthly objectives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and resolve complaints or issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records and databases in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services based on client needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide feedback and support on customer trends.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into loyal customers.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or call center operations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
