Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and drive revenue growth.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and resolve complaints or issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and databases in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services based on client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide feedback and support on customer trends.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Relevant certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
