Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling difficult situations
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management software
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
