Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related field is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling difficult situations
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required
  • Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
