Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients regarding shipment status, rates, and service procedures via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the logistics lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with internal warehouse and dispatch teams to monitor and expedite cargo movement.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring effective solutions and positive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Assist in preparing necessary shipping documentation and tracking reports.
- Proactively update clients on delivery delays or scheduling changes.
- Contribute to general administrative tasks to support daily office efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or BPO industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new logistics management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Paranaque City.
