You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our service excellence standards by managing inquiries, tracking shipments, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming inquiries from clients regarding shipment status, rates, and service procedures via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the logistics lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with internal warehouse and dispatch teams to monitor and expedite cargo movement.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring effective solutions and positive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Assist in preparing necessary shipping documentation and tracking reports.
  • Proactively update clients on delivery delays or scheduling changes.
  • Contribute to general administrative tasks to support daily office efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or BPO industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new logistics management software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Paranaque City.
