- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately according to company policies.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and databases.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions for future reference and reporting.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Proactively suggest improvements to the customer service process.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
