Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B client inquiries, order updates, and service feedback via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Accurately process, track, and manage client orders within our internal ERP and database systems, ensuring coordination with logistics and production teams.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints or delivery discrepancies efficiently to maintain top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain meticulously detailed records of client communications, contract agreements, transactions, and feedback.
  • Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Production departments to verify technical lens specifications and shipping timelines.
  • Generate regular customer service reports and summarize client feedback trends for management review.
  • Uphold the company’s high-quality service standards and guarantee strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience in a Customer Service, Client Success, or BPO Support role (experience in manufacturing, logistics, or export industries is highly preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic CRM or ERP software interfaces.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain composure, patience, and empathy under pressure.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven track record of multitasking effectively.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at our manufacturing facility in Naic, Cavite.
