Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the inurnment of cremated remains, ensuring correct placement in designated memorial spaces.
- Provide compassionate support and clear information to grieving families regarding burial procedures and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all memorial services and client documentation.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of memorial areas to ensure a pristine and respectful environment.
- Act as a liaison between families, clergy, and internal operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle scheduling, inquiries, and administrative tasks related to memorial space management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards regarding the handling and interment of remains.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related administrative field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate tone.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain composure and professional demeanor in high-pressure or emotional situations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, data entry systems).
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Taytay, Rizal.
- Prior experience in the funeral or memorial services industry is an advantage but not required.
- Strong empathy, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
