Join Global Digital Niaga (Blibli), one of Indonesia's leading e-commerce companies, as a CS Store (Blibli Store) representative in Bali. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, bridging the gap between our online platform and our physical store presence.
As a CS Store representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, manage transactions, and ensure that every visitor enjoys a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. We are looking for energetic, service-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining the high standards that define the Blibli experience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all walk-in visitors at the Blibli Store.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, store navigation, and omnichannel transaction processes.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain store tidiness, product displays, and inventory accuracy on the sales floor.
- Promote Blibli loyalty programs, ongoing campaigns, and store promotions to customers.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Must be based in or willing to be placed in Bali.
