Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service to all Blibli Store visitors.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and account-related concerns.
  • Manage store operations, including stock maintenance and display cleanliness.
  • Handle transaction processing and assist with store-based e-commerce service requests.
  • Actively promote Blibli's latest promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs to shoppers.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere within the store at all times.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer insights and operational improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Proficient in using mobile applications and basic computer systems.
  • Willing to work in shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
