Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service to all Blibli Store visitors.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and account-related concerns.
- Manage store operations, including stock maintenance and display cleanliness.
- Handle transaction processing and assist with store-based e-commerce service requests.
- Actively promote Blibli's latest promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs to shoppers.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere within the store at all times.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer insights and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Proficient in using mobile applications and basic computer systems.
- Willing to work in shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Resilient, patient, and capable of handling customer complaints professionally.
