Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding insurance accounts via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Process policy changes, claims assistance, and account updates accurately
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to resolve escalated matters
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, insurance industry exposure a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced contact center environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
