Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible mid-shift hours
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Must be available to start immediately
- Basic understanding of healthcare industry (HMO experience a plus)
