We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Support Specialist (SAP Order Entry Management) to join our team based in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as a vital link between customers, sales, supply chain, and logistics, coordinating efforts to meet and exceed client expectations.
Key aspects of the role include processing incoming orders, verifying inventory availability, updating order status, resolving discrepancies, and providing proactive updates to customers. Your ability to leverage SAP capabilities will be essential in streamlining operations and improving order accuracy. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders efficiently using SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve order-related inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and order transactions in SAP.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team meetings and projects.
- Assist in inventory management and support month-end closing activities as needed.
- Provide exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role with a focus on order management.
- Proficiency in SAP order entry and related modules (ECC, CRM) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is an advantage.
