Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound inquiries from US-based policyholders regarding life insurance coverage and claims.
- Provide accurate and timely information on policy status, benefits, and administrative updates.
- Maintain a high level of customer service quality while meeting performance metrics and productivity goals.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex policy issues or discrepancies.
- Navigate multiple software applications efficiently to provide real-time support.
- Stay updated on changing insurance regulations and company compliance guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment, preferably handling US-based accounts.
- Prior experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule (night shift).
- Proficient in using MS Office suite and web-based applications.
- High school graduate or college undergraduate; relevant vocational training is a plus.
