Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding US life insurance policies, claims, and account information
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers based on their specific needs
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case histories
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated with product knowledge and regulatory requirements for life insurance
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules if required
