Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound inquiries from US-based retirement plan participants via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding account balances, contribution limits, and distribution options.
- Navigate complex financial database systems to verify account details and perform account updates.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns on the first contact.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols in compliance with financial industry regulations.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM with precision and detail.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment (financial account experience is a significant advantage).
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Must be willing to work on night shifts and rotating schedules to support US time zones.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Completed at least 2 years of college education; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
