Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end travel booking inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide professional consultation and personalized itinerary recommendations to Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving travel disruptions and inquiries promptly.
- Process reservations, ticket changes, and cancellations with precision using our internal systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and current tourism trends.
- Collaborate with local tour operators and service providers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive service and upselling of travel packages.
Kualifikasi
- Professional proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin (HSK Level 5+ preferred).
- Strong command of English to facilitate inter-departmental communication.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, travel agency, or hospitality roles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Friendly, approachable, and service-minded attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and travel booking management systems (GDS knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to adapt to flexible working schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
