Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for airline customer inquiries, bookings, and modifications
- Resolve passenger concerns regarding flight schedules, baggage, and loyalty programs
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems while meeting performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex service escalations
- Adhere strictly to airline service protocols and compliance standards
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to master airline systems and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of airline industry or travel services is advantageous
