Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and SLA metrics
- Identify and escalate trends in customer feedback for process improvement
- Continuously update product knowledge and service protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
