Are you passionate about delivering world-class hospitality in the heart of one of the world's best airports? SATS is looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Services Agent (Lounge) to join our elite team at Changi Airport. In this role, you will be the face of our premium lounge services, ensuring that every traveler enjoys a seamless, comfortable, and memorable experience before their flight.

As a key member of our lounge operations, you will manage guest arrivals, facilitate access, and provide personalized assistance to ensure all passenger needs are met with professionalism and care. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a natural flair for customer service excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the lounge and verify travel documents and lounge access eligibility.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding lounge facilities, flight updates, and airport services.
  • Monitor lounge occupancy and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all passengers.
  • Assist guests with special requests, including dietary requirements or mobility assistance, with high attention to detail.
  • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and airline partners to ensure seamless ground handling operations.
  • Maintain safety and security standards within the lounge premises at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or high-end retail is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A groomed and professional appearance that reflects our premium service standards.
