Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding delivery status and schedules
  • Coordinate trucking operations and ensure efficient delivery of goods across various routes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics team members for smooth operations
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, including bills of lading and delivery confirmations
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate any delays or changes to customers
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality and contribute to process optimization

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with at least 1-2 years in customer service or logistics coordination
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is highly advantageous
