Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding delivery status and schedules
- Coordinate trucking operations and ensure efficient delivery of goods across various routes
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics team members for smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, including bills of lading and delivery confirmations
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate any delays or changes to customers
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and contribute to process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with at least 1-2 years in customer service or logistics coordination
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is highly advantageous
