- Provide on-site and remote technical support for GE's industrial systems and equipment
- Implement Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies to optimize product interfaces and workflows
- Diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective resolution strategies
- Conduct system installations, maintenance, and performance optimization
- Train customers on product functionality and best practices
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with R&D teams to relay customer insights for product improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or field service engineering
- Strong understanding of HCD principles and UX methodologies
- Proficiency in diagnosing electromechanical systems and software interfaces
- Certification in GE equipment or industrial automation systems preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
