Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and architectural oversight of AI business solutions for enterprise-level clients.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Microsoft AI platforms.
- Drive customer workshops and strategy sessions to identify key business pain points and AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and product teams to optimize client implementation roadmaps.
- Monitor and analyze customer consumption metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal stakeholders on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
- Ensure project success by identifying risks and executing mitigation strategies throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise customer success.
- In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing platforms (specifically Microsoft Azure).
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes enterprise relationships and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Strong proficiency in technical communication and the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multi-million dollar impacts.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent are highly preferred.
