- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
- Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align on client feedback
- Develop and maintain detailed client health metrics and success plans
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product adoption and usage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Tagalog
