You will be responsible for designing viable, high-impact solutions, proactively identifying and removing technical inhibitors, and ensuring that our clients extract maximum value from IBM's cutting-edge product portfolio. Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Design and architect viable solutions by leveraging IBM’s current product capabilities.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and remove technical inhibitors hindering client success.
  • Serve as the technical authority during the customer lifecycle to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on product implementation, best practices, and integration strategies.
  • Document technical workflows and contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve support efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support, customer success engineering, or systems architecture.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and API integrations.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience with IBM products or comparable enterprise-level software solutions is a distinct advantage.
