Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end technical discovery and solution design for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with client success managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct technical onboarding and training sessions to empower clients with product knowledge.
- Gather detailed client feedback and work with internal product teams to drive feature improvements.
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential technical roadblocks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and solution playbooks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Customer Success Engineer, Technical Support, or Data Engineering role.
- Strong understanding of data structures, SQL, and database management principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools and data visualization platforms is a plus.
