Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end technical discovery and solution design for new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with client success managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct technical onboarding and training sessions to empower clients with product knowledge.
  • Gather detailed client feedback and work with internal product teams to drive feature improvements.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential technical roadblocks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and solution playbooks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Customer Success Engineer, Technical Support, or Data Engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, SQL, and database management principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data visualization platforms is a plus.
