Join Infokes as a Customer Success Executive and become a pivotal force in driving customer loyalty and business growth. In this dynamic role, you'll optimize customer service experiences, build meaningful business relationships, and analyze client needs to directly influence product development. You'll serve as the primary advocate for customers, ensuring their journey with Infokes exceeds expectations while identifying opportunities for expansion. This position requires proactive problem-solving, strategic relationship management, and a passion for transforming customer insights into actionable business improvements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to maximize retention rates
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage patterns and business objectives
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product development priorities
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement retention strategies through personalized engagement plans and proactive support
- Monitor and report on customer health metrics, churn risks, and satisfaction trends
- Facilitate product training and adoption sessions to maximize customer value
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or retention-focused sales roles
- Proven track record of building client relationships and reducing churn
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer data and usage patterns
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer analytics tools
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate customer needs into product feedback
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech services environment preferred
