Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Customer Success team to drive high performance and professional development.
- Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and satisfaction metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance) to resolve complex client issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to demonstrate value and ROI.
- Implement best practices to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall customer satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Head of Customer Success in the Fintech or Finance industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable business solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
- A deep understanding of the Philippine financial services landscape is highly desirable.
