Join Ademco (Far East) Pte Ltd as a Customer Success Lead and drive excellence in client relationship management. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their success with our integrated security and fire solutions. Your expertise will be critical in interpreting customer needs, designing tailored mid-level complexity solutions, and effectively upselling to maximize account value.

You will manage the end-to-end sales process, from responding to initial inquiries and requests for quotations (RFQs) to processing signed contracts and purchase orders (POs). We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service that fosters long-term partnerships. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests for quotations (RFQs) with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Design and propose mid-level complexity solutions tailored to specific client requirements and operational needs.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue per account.
  • Process and manage signed quotations and purchase orders (POs) efficiently within the system.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and project milestones.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and sales conversion rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success or Sales Lead role within the security or building automation industry.
  • Strong ability to design technical solutions and communicate complex concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ERP systems for managing quotations and customer data.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
