Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
- Act as primary strategic advisor for assigned APAC accounts
- Monitor product usage metrics and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate internal resources (Sales, Product, Support) to resolve customer issues
- Conduct regular business reviews and satisfaction assessments
- Champion customer feedback to influence product development
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies
- Document customer insights and success stories
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS sales
- Proven experience managing APAC customer portfolios
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in matrixed organizations
- Fluency in English with additional APAC language skills preferred
