Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Develop and implement customer success plans aligned with client goals
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met
- Provide regular updates on account health and growth opportunities
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution of any concerns
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems and customer analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English
