Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans that drive product adoption and client retention.
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, managing relationships from onboarding through renewal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to translate customer feedback into feature enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for account expansion and optimization.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for trade compliance, logistics, and shipping documentation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks through consistent communication and proactive support strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of international shipping, logistics, and trade documentation processes.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly, and dynamic work environment.
