Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years experience in customer success or account management
- Proven track record of driving SaaS adoption and retention
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Industry certifications (CSM, CSE) considered advantageous
