Private Advertiser is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager, Financial Services to join our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our financial services clients, ensuring they realize the full value of our SaaS solutions and achieve their business objectives.
You will lead endâtoâend customer journeys, from onboarding and training to ongoing relationship management and renewal conversations. By monitoring product usage data and identifying expansion opportunities, you will help clients increase efficiency, reduce risk, and stay ahead of regulatory changes in the fastâevolving financial sector.
Working closely with sales, product, and support teams, you will advocate for customer needs, drive product adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes that contribute to revenue retention and growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for financial services clients to accelerate product adoption.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, tracking health scores, renewal likelihood, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, delivering dataâdriven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to resolve issues, prioritize enhancements, and maintain high satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and crossâsell opportunities that drive net revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain customer success playbooks, knowledge base articles, and bestâpractice guidelines.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for feature requests and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar clientâfacing role within SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing and growing accounts in the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer health metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for nonâtechnical audiences.
- Selfâmotivated, resultsâoriented, and comfortable working in a fastâpaced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and trends in the financial industry is a plus.
