Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Guide clients through product onboarding, implementation, and optimization processes
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within existing accounts
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams (product, technical support, sales)
- Analyze customer usage data to identify pain points and drive product improvements
- Implement and monitor customer health metrics to proactively address churn risks
- Prepare quarterly business reviews and strategic account plans
- Train clients on new features and best practices for technology adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS or HealthTech industry
- Proven track record of meeting retention and revenue growth targets
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and challenges
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical healthcare professionals
