We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to join the Penbrothers team in Makati. In this key role, you will be the face of our implementation process, guiding new NDIS provider customers through the seamless configuration and onboarding of our platform. You will leverage your expertise to ensure that clients not only understand our tools but also achieve immediate value from their partnership.
Your daily mission will involve building strong relationships with new clients, troubleshooting technical hurdles, and ensuring that every onboarding journey is smooth, efficient, and positive. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with internal product and support teams to refine our processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new NDIS provider clients, ensuring a seamless transition into the Penbrothers ecosystem.
- Configure and customize the customer success platform to align with specific client workflows and compliance requirements.
- Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops to onboard client staff on best practices and system features.
- Monitor onboarding progress and proactively identify potential blockers or risks to prevent delays.
- Collaborate with the technical support and product teams to resolve complex integration issues and gather feature feedback.
- Ensure 100% compliance with NDIS guidelines and internal quality assurance standards throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during the critical launch phase, maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Onboarding is essential.
- Strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) landscape is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and active listening.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, onboarding tools, and navigating cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A problem-solving mindset with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
