Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customer success workflows, ensuring timely resolution of operational inquiries and service requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to address customer requirements and resolve technical service barriers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate customer data and documentation within the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct regular service reviews to provide stakeholders with actionable insights based on customer feedback and operational trends.
- Support the implementation of new service protocols and tools designed to optimize the client experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, or Support roles, preferably within the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into operational strategies.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
