Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Proactively support inside sales efforts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the US-based support and sales teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide product demonstrations and guidance to partners and clients, driving product adoption and success.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while achieving personal and team KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or a related call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work on a permanent night shift schedule (US time zone) in Makati City.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Highly tech-savvy with experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet.
- Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- College graduate or Associate degree holder is preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.
