Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
  • Proactively support inside sales efforts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Resolve complex customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the US-based support and sales teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide product demonstrations and guidance to partners and clients, driving product adoption and success.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while achieving personal and team KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or a related call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work on a permanent night shift schedule (US time zone) in Makati City.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Highly tech-savvy with experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other productivity tools.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • College graduate or Associate degree holder is preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.
